The Chairman of the Nouadhibou Free Zone Authority, Mr. Mohamed Aly Ould Sidi Mohamed, visited the Bay of Rest on Tuesday.
The director of the Bay of Repos gave the President a presentation on the institution’s contribution to the development of artisanal and coastal fishing activities. He presented the services offered, as well as the improvements undertaken on the infrastructures of the bay. Among these improvements, the director cited the removal of shipwrecks from the sides, the strengthening of the means of the civil protection unit and the application of protective measures against covid-19.
The installations of Baie du Repos cover an area of ten hectares.
